Full-Time Software Inside Sales Position in Chicago

Position Description

Our client is looking for a “rock star” inside sales professional who is results-driven.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements

2+ years of inside sales selling experience, particularly with SaaS


• Terrific consultative sales skills, and exceptional closing experience • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management • Evidence that you are a Top Producer in your current role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) • CRM experience preferred


• Close new business consistently at or above quota level • Serve as a brand enthusiast • Follow up on inbound leads at small and mid-sized companies • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business • Conduct demos and trials with prospects • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy


• Terrific inside sales skills • Exceptional interpersonal (verbal and written communication) skills • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
